Program Cancellation Policy

Effective for Fall 2017 Programs onward


Please note the following changes to program cancellation procedures:

Registrants must cancel online or complete the program cancellation form at Member Services before the close of the registration period.

  • ‚Äč*a 50% program fee will automatically be charged to your account if cancelling fewer than 10 days prior to the start of the program date.

  • *100% program fee will automatically be charged to your account if cancelling fewer than 3 days (72 hours) prior to the start of the program date.


The Cancellation Policy will be enforced automatically through GameTime.

All requested program changes or the modification of program dates will be subject to a $15.00 administration fee.

Private Lesson Cancellations

  • Cancellations for private or semi-private appointments and lessons (including private swimming lessons and personal training) will be accepted up to twenty-four (24) hours in advance or 100% of the lesson cost will be charged. You must cancel with instructor or Head Professional. Implementation of this policy is up to the discretion of the Sport Department Head.

Non-Attendance

  • Non-attendance in a class does not constitute as a withdrawal or credit. Once registered in the program, we assume you wish to continue in the program unless you have completed a Program Cancellation Form at Member Services. Must be approved by the Sport Department Head.

Modifications or Cancellations by the RGC

  • There will be no cancellation charge for Members unable to attend a program due to changes in time or date made by the Royal Glenora Club or individual Sports Departments.
